Mirror Gatherings

A Space for Truth, Reflection, and Becoming. Witness Yourself. Transform Together.

To Be Fully Authentic It Takes Practice & Community.

Mirror Gatherings were created from the understanding that we are all mirrors for one another. When we come together in presence and commit to radical honesty, authentic transformation becomes possible.

It is incomplete to discover who you are in isolation. True growth requires the mirror of relationship—facing friends, community, colleagues, and even discomfort. This is a sacred and intentional space where people gather to explore truth, presence, and authentic connection through conversation, reflection, and shared humanity.

In a world that asks us to perform, Mirror Gatherings invite you to slow down, breathe deeply, and show up just as you are—without masks, without pressure, and without needing to be “fixed.”

Led by Thomas Sage Pedersen, these gatherings are for anyone called to return to themselves through shared reflection, archetypal insight, and collective honesty.

A group of seven people sitting in a semicircle outdoors on a brick-paved area, engaging in a discussion or discussion session. Some are holding papers, and one person is speaking while gesturing with their hand. There is a building with red walls and trees in the background, with caution tape and parking meters visible.

Who Is It For?

These circles are for you if:

  • Artists, leaders, healers, seekers, and truth-tellers

  • Those navigating transformation, grief, emergence, or rebirth

  • Anyone longing for real connection beyond small talk

  • People ready to practice radical authenticity in community

You do not need to “know how” to be in circle. You just need to be willing to show up.

What to Expect

Each gathering follows:

  • A short grounding practice (breath, silence, or ritual)

  • A reflection shared by the facilitator, Thomas Sage Pedersen

  • A prompt for the group to explore in conversation or silence

  • Practices of witnessing, mirroring, and relational presence

  • Optional creative or integrative close (music, journaling, poetry)

This is a space for emotional courage, curiosity, and connection—not performance or advice-giving.

Why It Matters

Because becoming yourself isn’t a solo project.
Because healing happens in honest presence.
Because when we slow down and relate authentically, we remember what’s real.
